This is one of my most memorable, if not the most memorable transactions in my entire real estate career. I worked with these buyers for almost 3 years showing them a total of 141 homes during these 3 years. We were in contract on 2 homes that we were outbid on at asking price. The last house that we lost, actually sent us to house that became the best possible home for the this family. We were in contract on a house across the street and were lied to by the selling agent and the seller himself. We thank both of these two unprofessional people for acting in this manner. We endind up up in a much better built home,1,000 more square footage, plus a pool house, and a detached 2 car garage.The family could not be any happier with their purchase. It is a beautiful home, and the family is in love with being homeowner's in the Village of Southampton.I have thanked this family for there loyalty to me for 3 years, in addition to believe in my market knowledge and expertise in this entire 3 year period.
