Design pro asking $1.3M for Centerport home

Joseph Hettenbach and Patricia Lopiccolo have listed for sale a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 155 Centershore Road in Centerport for $1.3 million.

Hettenbach and Lopiccolo paid $1.3 million for the property in Feb. 2008. It is located in the Centerport West neighborhood. Mary Alice Ruppert of Realty Connect USA is the agent for the listing.

Hettenbach is a process facility design professional. He has worked at Pfizer and at a number of E&C companies.

He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in chemical engineering, as well as his master's degree in environmental engineering from Manhattan College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 42 home sales in Centerport during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $572,500.
