Jonathan Post Rich has listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 349 Dune Road in Westhampton Beach for $3.175 million.

Rich paid $3.25 million for the property in Feb. 2007. The 2,200-square-foot house was built in 1991 in the Westhampton Beach Bayside neighborhood. Chris Foglia of Norma Reynolds, Sotheby's International Realty is the listing agent for the home.

Rich has been the senior vice president and chief compliance officer of WellCare Health Plans Inc. since 2008.

He previously was the general counsel and chief compliance officer for health insurer Aveta Inc. He also held senior executive positions at Oxford Health Plans and worked as an associate at the law firm of Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett in New York.

He graduated from the University of North Carolina and received his J.D. from the Columbia University Law School.

Rich sold a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 137 Dune Road in Quogue for $3 million in June 2005.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 24 home sales in Westhampton Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $677,750.
