John M. Zolidis and Alexandra DeNavace Zolidis bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 1065 Majors Path in North Sea from Malgorzata Perlinska for $907,000 on March 9.

Perlinska acquired the property fro $477,500 on Oct. 2003. The 2,074-square-foot house was built in 1997 in the North Sea West neighborhood.

Mr. Zolidis is the vice president and equity analyst at Buckingham Research Group, a financial institutional research and brokerage company.

He attended Kenyon College and the University of Oxford.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 53 home sales in North Sea during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $850,000.
