Angelo V. Rizzi and Holly Rizzi bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 1 Leeward Court in East Shoreham from Robert and Susan Croke for $560,000 on Sept. 9.

The Crokes paid $335,000 for the property in Dec. 2000. The 2,600-square-foot home was built in 1974 in the East Shoreham Bayside neighborhood.

Mr. Rizzi is a registered physician assistant at Elite Sports Medicine, a provider of orthopedic care based in Ronkonkoma.

He also works in the emergency department at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital. In addition, he is an adjunct professor at the State University of New York in Stony Brook and a speaker for the Nassau/Suffolk Radiology Society.

He has an associate degree in liberal arts and a B.S. in biology from St. John's University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 46 sales in East Shoreham in 2008, with a median sales price of $392,500.
