Patrick A. Haskell and Colleen L. Haskell sold a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 90 McGregor Dr. in Shinnecock Hills to Richard Herr for $1.625 million on Sept. 17.
The Haskells paid a little over $1.2 million for the property in Feb. 2002. The 3,967-square-foot house was built in 2003 in the North of Montauk (Shinnecock Hills) neighborhood.
Mr. Haskell is chairman and chief executive officer at Ecosphere Technologies, a water engineering and services company dealing with water recovery, treatment and recycling.
Previously, he was managing director with HSBC, where he also was a member of the bank's Markets Management Committee for the Americas. He also has been managing director of Credit Suisse First Boston.
He received his B.A. in economics from Union College.
Ms. Haskell was formerly vice president at the distressed bond group at Goldman, Sachs & Co., a New York investment bank.
She attended Dartmouth College and received her M.B.A. in management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
According to BlockShopper.com, there were eight home sales in Shinnecock Hills in 2008, with a median sales price of $705,000.
