Brunner and Settels acquired the property for $831,000 in July 2004. The 3,300-square-foot house was built in 1969 in the South of Fort Salonga Road neighborhood. Ronnye A. Reich of Coldwell Banker is the listing agent for the home.

Brunner has been the chief information officer and senior vice president at Heidrick & Struggles, an executive search company.

Prior to that, he was the senior vice president and chief information officer of Adecco North America. He also held key roles at Intracon, a trader of lighting products.
